This website, jf-folio.com ("this site"), is the personal portfolio of John Farmer. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: this site collects very little, and only what you choose to send.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, a project type, and your message. I use this information only to read and respond to your inquiry. I never sell, rent, or share it for marketing.

Contact form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service, which transmits your message to my email inbox. Formspree processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io. If you prefer not to use the form, you can always email directly at hello@jf-folio.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify's servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes. These logs are managed by Netlify under its own privacy policy, available at netlify.com.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. There is nothing to accept or decline — which is why you won't see a cookie banner here.

Links to other websites

This site links to external projects and social profiles (such as Gridless Wilds, FieldDesk PM, the Open Play Project, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Data retention

Messages received through the contact form are kept in my email inbox for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting work. You may request that your message be deleted at any time by emailing hello@jf-folio.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided. To make any such request, email hello@jf-folio and I will handle it promptly.

Children's privacy

This site is a professional portfolio and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
